Sticking to a Habit When Life Seems to Fall Apart

I'm sure your start of the day is always set with good intentions.  Right?

You prettty much know what you need to do to make it a productive day, but then the unexpected happens.  You have to take care of that bump in the road.   What do you do? 

You can either become annoyed or frustrated and allow that negative energy to set your intention for the day or you can allow the "bump in the road" to just take its course.  Leo Babauta of Zen Habits has simple to follow solutions to get you back on track.  Here's one of his posts that I thought would be helpful to all of you, including myself.
