Avocado A Day, Keeps You Sexy Always

Hello Everyone!  I hope you're enjoying this beautiful summer weather.  I know its been hot, and the last thing you want to do is turn your stove on.  That's why I'm here to share with you a delicious recipe that only requires a blender.   So lets get started.

First, lets talk AVOCADOS.  Did you know that the avocado is a fruit and not a vegetable, and its also a part of the berry family. I  love avocados for its rich and creamy texture and best of all, it’s considered a SUPERFOOD!  People are afraid to eat Avocados, because they say they're high in fat, but they're high in monounsaturated fat, which is the GOOD FAT that aids in weight loss (moderation people).  Avocados are also packed with 20 vitamins and minerals.  So enjoy this fruit without feeling guilty.

"Avocados aid in blood and tissue regeneration, stabilize blood sugar, and are excellent for heart disorders," says Ed Bauman, Ph.D., Director of Bauman College.

Avocado Soup
