Tis The Season To Be Jolly!

.........screech

During this holiday season there's an abundance of delicious tasty foods to eat.  When your eyes and body says oh, oh, your mouth is salivating and saying, "Bring it On."  Everyone tends to stuff their mouths with all kinds of foods and once they're done, belching and bloating begins to occur, followed by gas and maybe diarrhea.  What are we to do?  Have no fear, cuz "Good Belly" is here.

What is Good Belly?  Its a delicious probiotic drink that's good for your digestive system.  By delivering good bacteria into your body and helping you rid the bad bacterium that is wreaking havoc in your digestive system.  Want to learn more, check out this short and cute video.

According to the Department of Human & Health Services, 1 in 5 Americans  have symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.  That's why its important to take care of your gut.  Did you know that 70% of your Immune System is in your GUT?  By taking a probiotic supplement or drink, you're protecting your immune system from harmful diseases.  Want to stay healthy?  Take a probiotic.  Its that simple.  Having issues digesting your foods?  You may need additional support by taking a digestive enzyme.  A digestive enzyme is a supplement that helps you digest your food properly.  Americans tend to chew their food quickly when they should take time to chew their food slowly.  When you chew your food slowly, your saliva creates an enzyme that assists you in breaking down the food and eases digestion.   Sometimes that is not enough and that's why we need digestive enzyme supplements.

Digestive Enzymes are proteins that your body uses to break down the food we eat into useful nutrients and waste products.  You can only get the full benefit of food and nutritional supplements if your body has enough enzymes to properly digest and absorb the nutrients.

Here's the problem.  Many digestive enzymes are found only in raw foods which most people do not eat enough of.  Other digestive enzymes are produced by our bodies, but the older we get, the less our bodies produce of them.  A lack of digestive enzymes can contribute to a myriad of illnesses including arthritis, obesity, irritable bowel syndrome, heartburn, chronic fatigue syndrome and more.

What should we do?  Take a daily probiotic, eat more raw foods and take a digestive enzyme, if necessary.  Its that simple.  Since I've been taking Good Belly, digestive enzymes and eating more raw food daily, I know longer have chronic fatigue nor digestive issues.

Good Belly comes in so many delicious flavors.   Enjoy Good Belly in a shot form or you can purchase it in Quarts.  Visit www.goodbelly.com to learn more about this delicious drink.

To Beef or Not To Beef, That Is The Question!

I'm back!  I know its been a while, but I've been busy with school and family and revamping my blogpage.  I do hope you like it.  Please feel free to comment and share with family and friends.

To beef or not to beef, that is the question!  Huh!

Yup! Huh, is right.

You’re probably saying this girl doesn’t eat beef, so why is she promoting it.  Well, it’s simple.  I just want to be able to help Non-Vegetarians eat the right kind of food.  When you decide to grill up that juicy steak you’re craving, you need to make the right choice by choosing GRASS FED and NOT CORN FED BEEF.  Why?

Cattle that are fed grass make choosing beef a healthier option for you.  They’re raised in a stress/hormone free environment, contain the right nutrients your body needs and provides your body the right amount of protein.  Grass Fed is also gentler on the cattles digestive system, making it easy for them to digest.  Plus, it’s safer for you and your family.  It’s that simple.  Sadly, we live in a country that mostly produces CORN FED BEEF which uses GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) Corn and Hormones to feed our cattle so they get beefed up and ready for slaughtering.  If you love beef, feed your family the right kind...
GRASS FED BEEF!
You can purchase Grass Fed Beef at your local health food store like Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s, or your local warehouse store like Costco. Like to it order online, not a problem, you can simply make your purchase at www.tallgrassbeef.com
