Why Yummy Sexy Foods?

Yummy Sexy Foods is on a journey to finding delicious bites and recipes, by providing tidbits of information on healthy eating, yummy foods finds and simple ways to eat, live & love.

On my quest to healthy eating, I realized that diets don't work. What does work are delicious tasting foods that keep your body alkalized . When your body is in an alkalized state, disease cannot live. So I'm on a mission to helping you find recipes that are alkalizing, simple and easy to prepare and heart healthy for the body too.

My other journey is my practice of Yoga. Core Power Yoga is great, because they offer so many different classes and you will never get bored of the same routine. By following the movements and doing the breath work, I know that I'm giving my body, mind and glands an excellent workout.
